May 2012

I have to say that this has been a fun summer. It's the first time in our marriage that we just had one schedule to deal with for stay-cations, playing in the sun and camping. We hardly worked this summer around the house but we sure did play hard, and it was a lot of fun. Enough of me rambling here are some pictures.

Good morning! We went camping last minute and we only took are 72 hour bags. It was rainy and we stayed warm and had food. We left right after we cleaned up camp. Things to do.  The other pictures are at the end. We camped at Mantua.

Princess Erika

Not planned but 3 out of the 4 girls wore yellow dress. Happy birthday TK.

This is how Erika likes to wear the belt. She makes us laugh.

First time eating spaghetti O's

I would say she likes them.

Hiking up Bears Canyon.

Jake is going camping with the fathers and sons. He is riding his moped to  North Fork in Ogden Valley.

Getting ready to leave.

He really is getting ready to leave.

Erika watching her daddy.

On the road.

Very long ride ahead of him.

Erika and I in North Ogden. Jake forgot something for his trip so we met him her at the Lee's.

Poor Jake was cold all night long.

Time for a little snack.

Erika riding the electric 4 wheeler. She's a natural. :)

She loves this chair at Grandpa/ma G house.

Erika love's dirt so I thought it would be great to build her a sand box. So one night Jake and I made the frame from wood and put the sand in.

Sorry to say that she played in a couple of times before the earwigs and spiders took over.
